Return products you ordered
You can return many products sold on Shopviit. When you return a product, you can see different return options depending on the seller, the product or the reason for the return.
To make the conventional return of a product that you ordered, do the following:
Go to My Orders to view your recent orders. To return a gift, see Return a gift.
Select the order and Return or replace products.
Select the product you want to return and select an option in the Reason for return menu.
Choose how to process your return. If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.
For products sold by an Shopviit seller, you’ll see Submit a return request. The Shopviit seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you do not receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-Z Warranty claim. For more information, go to About the A-to-Z Warranty.
Select the return method you prefer.
Print the return label and the return authorization.
Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To ensure that you receive the correct refund, do not include products from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
Add your return label (if applicable) and pack your products for return. Pack your product securely, following the instructions that were sent to you when you requested a return in the Returns Center.
You can view the status of a return or refund in My Orders by selecting View return or refund status next to the corresponding order.
For a return without labels and without a box, start the return through My Orders. If you selected a no-label, no-box return location, you don’t have to pack the product in a shipping box. After completing the steps of the return process, you will receive a QR code. Bring the product you wish to return and the digital QR code to the delivery location.
Note: Before returning products in which you have stored personal information, such as laptops, cameras or other electronic devices, please delete this information completely.
